Wallace Stevens once said, “The most beautiful thing in the world is, of course, the world itself.” Traveling will always be my first love! There are so many places and things to see around the world. Some places I'd like to visit include Argentina, Brazil, Fiji, Greece, Iceland, Morocco, Norway, South Africa, and Spain.

Cuisine:  As a "foodie" and a vegetarian of eight years, I love trying new foods! My go-to cuisines are Japanese, French, Spanish, and Thai. My go-to snacks are strawberry-banana smoothies and chocolate-covered strawberries. Although, I like almost every kind of food. I certainly have a fondness for sweet Champagnes, rieslings, moscatos, and French 75s. Generally, I try to maintain a healthy diet full of fresh fruits and vegetables to maintain my physique!

Music: Music is an elegant dance full of passionate emotion! I love everything from sensual jazz,  energetic pop, daring alternative, and 60s/70s/80s. Some of my favorite artists include Nina Simone, Lana Del Rey, and Camila Cabello.

Film: Rainy days are my favorite time to indulge in foreign/independent films and film festival submissions. I find the raw emotion conveyed in foreign films to be enthralling. Some of my favorite genres are drama, Sci-Fi, French, Japanese, documentaries, and period pieces.

Art: Thomas Merton once said, “Art enables us to find ourselves and lose ourselves at the same time.” I often find that to be true. Visiting art museums and viewing my favorite artists’ work is one of my favorite indulgences while traveling and visiting new cities. Naturally, visiting the Louvre in Paris is one of the things I would like to check off of my “bucket list” this year! Some of my favorite artists include Claude Monet, Vincent van Gogh, Michelangelo, Andy Warhol, and Fabian Perez.

Fashion/Design: I’ve been told countless times that I have a flair for creativity and an eye for detail - which I can ascribe my ever-growing wardrobe and art collection to. Whether it’s picking up the latest seasonal pieces from my favorite designers or working on one of my endless interior design projects, I can’t help but feel that stylish design and custom creative works are an extension of our personalities/experiences and a reflection of the times.

Literature: “That's what literature is. It's the people who went before us, tapping out messages from the past.” - Connie Willis. I attribute my penchant for literature to my appreciation for the retro. Twentieth-century period pieces and non-fiction are my go-to binge reads. There is nothing quite like curling up on the end of the couch, drinking hot tea and thumbing through my favorite classics. Some of my favorite novels include “The Great Gatsby”, “The Beautiful and Damned”, “Memoirs of a Geisha”, and “Rebecca” - to name a few.

Summer Sports: “And so with the sunshine and the great bursts of leaves growing on the trees, just as things grow in fast movies, I had that familiar conviction that life was beginning over again with the summer.” -  F. Scott Fitzgerald. There seems to be something about the summertime that revives a fresh zest for life and sport in us! Between playing tennis and going to the horse races, I cannot decide which is my favorite summer exploit. The feeling of invigoration after a doubles match of tennis may just barely surpass that of the exquisite respite found while enjoying cocktails and hors d'oeuvres at the races.

Yoga/Pilates: Is there anything more refreshing than a workout at sunrise followed by tea and scones while watching the morning-time hustle and bustle of the city from your favorite coffee shop? Whether at home or abroad, I will always be sure to pack my favorite travel-size yoga mat to squeeze in a quick morning workout before starting my day.

Philanthropy: I have always found that Princess Diana was exceptionally graceful and charismatic in her philanthropic endeavors. Her many projects sparked a passion in me to leave the world better than I found it - if only a little. Once a month, I donate to my favorite animal rehabilitation and animal conservation projects.

Interests: As a former ballerina and experienced model, I'm always chasing my next escapade. From horse-back riding to skydiving, I have chosen to live a life full of excitement. I love a man that shares my zest for life and adventure! Did I mention I'm an avid car enthusiast? I love vintage and exotic cars.

Favorite Dates: I love romantic dinner dates with intellectually stimulating company. Relaxing days at the spa or an afternoon spent lounging at the pool or beach. An exhilarating day full of retail therapy and pampering. Traveling, exploring, or relaxing together watching a movie we both enjoy.

Long Term Goals: One of my goals as Alexandra is to open a small, private art gallery to showcase the many unique art pieces I have collected over the years. I will also continue to invest in real estate to fund my early retirement. One of my primary post-retirement goals is to collaborate with animal sanctuaries and animal conversation organizations to raise capital by hosting investor social events and galas.
